How does the 15 day free trial work?

Do I get a 15 day free trial if I upgrade?
If you upgrade from a free account to a pay account you are not eligible for the 15 day free trial. The 15 day free trial on paying plans only applies if you sign up for a paying plan now. You can always downgrade later if you choose.
Can I change plans at anytime?
Yes. Simply click on the “Account” tab on your dashboard and you’ll see your options to upgrade or downgrade.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Oculu is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
When are payments processed?
Payments are processed on or around the 5th day of each month. That payment will be for that month’s service. Your first credit card charge will be prorated based upon the day that you sign up. If you sign up for the $19. package on April 15th, you will receive a charge for $9.50 for the month of April. If you incur an overage in any given month, the additional charge will be added to your bill the following month for the previous month’s extra video plays. We charge a flat rate of $5.00 per 1,000 video plays over your plan allotment.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, and Mastercard. We do not accept Purchase Orders.
Which plan is right for me?
There are 5 different Oculu pricing options to fit your needs. The best plan for you depends on the number of video plays that will be viewed by your audience. Can I start with the Basic or Basic + package and upgrade later?
Yes. You can start with Basic or Basic + and upgrade at any time. Your videos, players and analytics history will be available in your upgraded account and the players already published to the web will continue to work seamlessly.
How do I purchase the Oculu Basic package?
If you have a trial account, you can convert it to a standard paid account at any time. To upgrade your plan, click the Upgrade button from within your "My Account" tab on your Oculu dashboard. Select your new plan, confirm your payment information, and confirm your upgrade. As a trial account user, you can click a button on the upgrade page to select the plan that's right for you, or you can contact us by email at oculu@mirror-image.com if you're interested in a Premium or Enterprise edition account and/or have additional questions. We’ll respond to your questions during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time), Monday through Friday.
What happens if I exceed the video plays available in my plan?
Each plan comes with a specified limit for the number of monthly video plays. If you exceed the monthly allocation included in your specific plan, you will be charged for the additional plays at $5.00 per each additional 1,000 video plays.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at anytime by sending an email to us at oculu@mirror-image.com. Your account will canceled and we will send you an email letting you know. If you decide to activate your account again, send us another email at oculu@mirror-image.com. If you cancel a paying plan within 15 days of signing up you won’t be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancel.
